To start, Ken was extremely thorough in his analysis of the market value for my unique property. He is very logical and every thing he did was very well thought out. On top of that, he communicated with me!!!! What a pleasant surprise! I truly felt he listened to anything I had to say and we worked together for the ultimate good of all.
