Charles has been a great agent to work with . His knowledge is exceptional and he takes the time to communicate all concerns . He always returns call in a timely manner . Charles has over the years sold few of my properties and helped me to purchase new property . I am very satisfied with his services .
Have known Charlie Lima for a few decades now, purchased all 3 of our homes, and sold 2 through Charlie- He's very knowledgeable, makes every effort to accommodate the buyer/seller, and always picks up the phone! [almost always] I think if we had listened to him more, things would have gone even better than they already did these past 3 times! Great agent to work with and highly recommended- BM
Charles is an experienced agent who knows how to get things done. His work ethic is unmatched along with his knowledge of the market conditions make him the go to guy. He will see things through to the end. I am glad I chose him !
Charles is a great person to work with and I would be very proud to send anyone his way I'm very honored to have Charles as my sales representative
We were overpriced and within a week he wanted to drop the price. We hung on a little bit more then lowered it. Then again. And once more then it sold finally for $50K under the original price. Currently, I am still owed $217 from the new owners but I'm really not expecting to ever see it. I delayed writing this because I'm not a fan of negative reviews, but I think I've given enough time to receive the balance from the new owners without results so here it is.
Charles has 17 properties for sale and sold 28 properties in the last 12 months, showing 4, sorted by most recent activity
