Simply put, Emma is amazing. By far the best real estate agent my husband and I have ever worked with. My husband and I are both busy Boston physicians juggling the chaos of 3 little kids. Emma worked tirelessly (days, nights, evenings) to help us find our dream home on a tight schedule. She very quickly learned exactly what we were looking for (even before we truly understood what we were looking for ourselves) and went to early open houses to evaluate what homes were worth our time. She truly has a talent for getting to know her client. Most of all, Emma is a kind, smart, lovely person. The kind of person that you would want to share your dreams of your future home. We honestly looked forward to spending our weekends with her, despite the stress of evaluating houses. Our kids absolutely love her (she even bought each child a special toy on our closing day). She is honest, she is thoughtful and she can also be a fierce negotiator and savvy strategist when it comes time to fighting for a price and conditions. She successfully negotiated our house $30,000 less then asking price in an aggressive sellers market (most other homes were going way above asking). Emma was truly one of the greatest parts of this stressful experience and we feel honored to have worked with her.

joelle is the agent you want on your side. she will protect your best interests, will not be pushy, but will always be very honest. she is well-respected, due to her connections in the local areas of newton and wellesly, and she understands the market so well. she had our property sold in 1 day (she knows lots of developers too), as ours was a very large lot, and a house that needed lots of work- ideal for a developer. when you meet joelle, you will immediately get a sense of her self confidence, as well as an air sophistication and worldliness. while some agents will flaunt their reputation for high end sales, she is cool, calm and collected. that’s the sign of someone you want on your side.

We were first time home buyers and Gloria made the process so easy. She is extremely responsive, patient and great through every step of the process, ultimately helping us find / purchase our dream home. Both my husband and I work full time and Gloria took away all the stress of buying a new home. We explored various options, including connecting us to local builders, in addition to showing us open houses (some we would have never had access to without her connections). She also guided us through the bidding / closing process to make sure everything was smooth and easy. Our purchase also involved a use and occupancy period post close, which Gloria has stayed with us and has continued to be a great advocate on our behalf. Jin is knowledgeable, experienced, attentive, and on-the-ball in every sense. He has a niche in finding unbelievable deals and good at bargaining. He was helpful with suggestions and really walked us through the process from start to finish. It was a smooth and easy transaction.
