Faun was the best you could hope for in a real estate agent. A great example: If there was a question she couldn't answer, we had what we needed within 24 hours, no matter how complicated the question or how many people she needed to ask. House buying is so uncertain as it is, and from past experience, I can't tell you how much I appreciated that; lack of information drives me nuts! She was also lovely and personable, with a charm missing from too many real estate agents. It was always clear she cared about *us* being happy, not the sale. If you've had it with stale, snarky agents (if you have to ask....!), I really can't recommend her enough!

Shane was excellent. I sold my home in two months, just in time to start my job in a new city. Shane completely knows the local market and was very adept at accentuating the positives of my home. I wasn't the easiest client -- I ask a lot of questions and have a lot of opinions -- but Shane managed to satisfy all of my concerns while presenting the facts. I really appreciate his no-nonsense approach. I believe he is equally good with prospective buyers. He explains the pros and cons to enable them to make an informed decision.
