John Swain was extremely effecient and certainly knew all of the in's and out's of selling our condo on Rantoul Street in Beverly. He was aware of all of the sales skills in wrapping up the deal of selling our condo in a matter of days for OVER the asking price as well. Thank you,John, for doing such a phenomoninal job!!! Shane was excellent. I sold my home in two months, just in time to start my job in a new city. Shane completely knows the local market and was very adept at accentuating the positives of my home. I wasn't the easiest client -- I ask a lot of questions and have a lot of opinions -- but Shane managed to satisfy all of my concerns while presenting the facts. I really appreciate his no-nonsense approach. I believe he is equally good with prospective buyers. He explains the pros and cons to enable them to make an informed decision. If you're looking to buy or sell, I highly recommend Shane and his colleagues at Benoit.

Elizabeth recently guided us through the process of buying our first home. She’d helped us rent an apartment in S. Boston years ago, and we’d been so impressed with her responsiveness, knowledge, and sound advice that we knew she’d be the right person to help navigate our home purchase during COVID. Yet again, Elizabeth turned out to be our sage! She made sure we got a great house, negotiated a great price and terms during one of the hottest housing markets in recent history, and was generous with advice on little details that first-time buyers like us needed help with. Elizabeth is a trustworthy professional who is amazing at what she does. But more than that, Elizabeth is committed to ensuring her clients are happy. Couldn’t ask for more!!
