Shane was excellent. I sold my home in two months, just in time to start my job in a new city. Shane completely knows the local market and was very adept at accentuating the positives of my home. I wasn't the easiest client -- I ask a lot of questions and have a lot of opinions -- but Shane managed to satisfy all of my concerns while presenting the facts.
