Lana was the first and only phone call I made when selling my house. Within the first 4 days of listing - my house was sold (and for 30K over the asking price). To put the timeline in perspective, this is COVID, New England winter, and during the Thanksgiving Holiday. I called Lana on a Friday evening, met with her that very next day (Saturday), and by that following Monday she had her photographer come take photos for the listing which went live on Tuesday. Simply put, Emma is amazing. By far the best real estate agent my husband and I have ever worked with. My husband and I are both busy Boston physicians juggling the chaos of 3 little kids. Emma worked tirelessly (days, nights, evenings) to help us find our dream home on a tight schedule.
