Kathy and Terri were incredibly helpful through the entire sales process, from finding resources to address any improvements maintenance legal needs. Quite honestly, anything that was necessary and able to prepare the property for sale. Experienced, highly professional team!

Terry and Kathy Sullivan worked with my husband and myself for over a year to help us find our dream home on the North Shore of Boston. They came with us to many open houses, each time noting the features that mattered most to us. We truly felt that we were in a partnership with them to help us find the right home. Terry’s knowledge on the structural features of the homes we toured was invaluable to us. Both Kathy and Terry understand the North Shore market inside and out and have many years of experience helping buyers find just the right home. They provided referrals for trustworthy, skilled contractors for painting and flooring. We were thrilled with the results.
