I contacted Katie though my brother. She was very quick to respond and answered all our questions. Within 1-2 weeks of moving out the condo was on the market and at the first showing we received an offer that we accepted. Katie took care of everything. We had a great experience working with her and I definitely recommend her.

We purchased our first home with Judi a few years ago, and had such a great experience, we knew we would use her when we decided to sell. To say that she went above and beyond throughout the process is such an understatement. We will be thanking her for the next ten years for all of her work! She counseled us through a very emotional move, hired the best photographer, gave excellent advice on what would make our home most attractive to buyers, was in constant communication, tracked down every lead, held multiple open houses, AND cared for our house while it was on the market. Watered our plants, brought in the mail, turned lights on and off, even shoveled our walkway once! AND we sold our house for more than we thought possible. She's amazing, we cannot recommend her highly enough.
