She counseled us through a very emotional move, hired the best photographer, gave excellent advice on what would make our home most attractive to buyers, was in constant communication, tracked down every lead, held multiple open houses, AND cared for our house while it was on the market. Watered our plants, brought in the mail, turned lights on and off, even shoveled our walkway once! AND we sold our house for more than we thought possible. She's amazing, we cannot recommend her highly enough.
