I happened upon Shannon by chance, when I inquired about one of her listings. The property, I learned, had just gone into contract, but she quickly discerned exactly what I was looking for, and promptly arranged for me to see a far superior home that was not yet formally on the market. I immediately tendered a purchase offer, and Shannon helped me quickly agree on favorable terms with the seller. She also connected me with an excellent loan officer at a local bank. We went to contract and closed soon thereafter. When it emerged that the seller left some loose ends unattended to, Shannon and one of her colleagues at Toner Real Estate went above and beyond the call of duty post-closing, making sure that everything was expeditiously resolved.
