Dawn sold my home within a month and worked hard to do it. This was the first time I ever sold a home, and I had other personal matters to tend too. I left everything in her hands, and she took it upon herself to do everything that needed to be done. She was always responsive, and kept me up to date, even while she was on vacation. She gave great advice and knows the market very well.

Jarrett is a pretty amazing person with who to work. He remembered us from a short conversation and reached out when he had an off market property that he thought we might be interested in. Despite not being actively looking, a few weeks later we had an amazing new vacation home because of his ability to understand us and what would make our family happy.
