Brianne was the ally I needed during my home search. As a first time home buyer, I was unsure of my priorities and how the process worked. Brianne and I faced a fair amount of challenges from lenders, sellers' agents, and the market itself, but we faced them together and I never felt like I was in it alone.

After my father passed away I was made the personal representative of his estate and charged with selling his home. I felt overwhelmed and didn’t know where to start. Thankfully I found Brianne! Her extensive research on the surrounding area and her constant communication with me via text, email and phone conversations was extremely beneficial listing and selling this unique property. She went above and beyond supplying and helping me with outside resources pertaining to the estate. Due to her professionalism and caring attitude the sale was able to move along much smoother than if she wasn’t in my corner. Brianne’s constant willingness to pitch in whenever she could was appreciated by me and my family. I would receive constant updates during every step of the process and the gentle reminders I needed when I had a task to complete or a deadline was approaching. I had the pleasure of visiting their Realty One Group Next Level office in Bedford NH. The staff seemed very friendly towards me and each other. I also had the pleasure of working with another agent Matt, who stepped in to help on a couple occasions. This was the first time I had ever sold a property, and I really appreciated Koinonia's expertise and patient guidance. She arranged everything in preparing for the sale. She found a contractor to do some pretty significant repairs. She found someone to clean the place. She found some people to stage the unit with some fancy furniture and decorations to make it more attractive. I ended up getting a much higher selling price than I was expecting. I highly recommend her for anyone buying or selling a place.

I knew Nike from a mutual friend and when I started to look for my first home to own, it made all the sense to work with her. I can say my experience was great - she was patient and not pushy and really just wanted you to find the right home for yourself, which is good in a sea of realtors who only cared about making money! Fast forward to today, I still own the condo and we’re still good friends. I would definitely recommend Nike for rentals, which she also has a lot of experience with, and buying a home, or whatever your situation is.

When we started off the process by ourselves,we almost gave up until we found Nike and She helped us through each and every step,we would call her late in the night or too early in the morning and she was there to help and answer all our queries .She was always ahead of everything.She helped follow up with the bank process and the attorneys,all we had to do is sign documents.She also had a solution to all other issues.She is so kind and so dedicated to her job .All this while she was pregnant!and after having her baby she came right back to the process.
