If we could give Jena 10 stars we would. Jena has worked with us for a few years trying to find “the one.” All this time, she never pushed us but rather encouraged us to take our time and the right one would come along. Jena let us know that there was a house that checked every item on our list and she was right. She guided us through a whirlwind two month period with a very challenging purchase and sale and a pandemic to boot. She always picked up the phone or responded to our texts and answered every one of our questions, no matter how silly. She was on top of everything and we truly do not think the transactions would have gone through without her diligence. I joked that not only do I consider her a friend but she was my psychotherapist through it all.

Joan has gone above and beyond what you would require any agent to do. I live out of state. Joan was so helpful with selling my elderly mother's house in record time, above asking price!!! My mother has dementia and Joan was so caring in every way. She helped with sourcing movers, cleaners etc. She helped my mother who was very anxious about the move to feel at ease. Joan even went to the extent as to buy my mother a wreath to put on her door at the elderly facility that she moved to. Joan was brilliant every step of the way guiding me.
