Above and beyond!!!

Joan has gone above and beyond what you would require any agent to do. I live out of state. Joan was so helpful with selling my elderly mother's house in record time, above asking price!!! My mother has dementia and Joan was so caring in every way. She helped with sourcing movers, cleaners etc. She helped my mother who was very anxious about the move to feel at ease. Joan even went to the extent as to buy my mother a wreath to put on her door at the elderly facility that she moved to. Joan was brilliant every step of the way guiding me. I trust her, she is like family! Thank you Joan
