If we could give Jena 10 stars we would. Jena has worked with us for a few years trying to find “the one.” All this time, she never pushed us but rather encouraged us to take our time and the right one would come along. Jena let us know that there was a house that checked every item on our list and she was right. She guided us through a whirlwind two month period with a very challenging purchase and sale and a pandemic to boot. She always picked up the phone or responded to our texts and answered every one of our questions, no matter how silly. She was on top of everything and we truly do not think the transactions would have gone through without her diligence. I joked that not only do I consider her a friend but she was my psychotherapist through it all.

Jena was remarkable and incredibly professional! Over the course of a two year period, I looked at numerous homes in different geographic areas. Jena was always responsive, up beat, and patient as my search criteria changed. Once I had an offer that was accepted, I was incredibly grateful for Jena's attention to detail, polite but firm negotiations and follow-up with the various vendors/providers who were part of the process, and the encouragement and insight she gave me as I moved through the process of placing an offer to closing on my new home. I would HIGHLY recommend Jena!
