To say that I had a positive experience with Bob Starr would be an understatement. His work with me was twofold: he helped me to sell my condo, and find and purchase my dream home. I have been buying and selling real estate for most of my life. There are those that you hire that just do their job and those that go above and beyond. Carolyn is one of those people. Carolyn was referred to me by an acquaintance in Chicago. She is pleasant, knowledgeable, and sharp. She knows her stuff. I sold a four flat with her in Humboldt Park with Carolyn as the listing agent. She assessed the building and ask me to wait a couple months so that I could demonstrate higher rents.
