We had a tough search. We had a few non-negotiable requirements, plus some very specific wants and needs. Almost nothing met all of our criteria, but Joe persistently searched the listings to find possibilities. We shepherded us through many a viewing. When we were feeling hopeless, Joe always made us smile or laugh and encouraged us to keep going. He never gave up and ultimately we found a house that worked for us.
