Roland Gelinas is not your typical agent/broker. After the sale of the house he went above and beyond what one would expect. From suggesting contractors to being there when I needed it most. I live in Gloucester, MA and the house I bought is in Springfield, MA a distance of about 200 miles. When I had an appointment with a house cleaner, he was there. Aside from what he's done for me, Roland is a genuinely nice person. I can't begin to say how much he's help been to me. From leading me through the process of buying a house to being there when I couldn't be.
