We had a tough search. We had a few non-negotiable requirements, plus some very specific wants and needs. Almost nothing met all of our criteria, but Joe persistently searched the listings to find possibilities. We shepherded us through many a viewing. When we were feeling hopeless, Joe always made us smile or laugh and encouraged us to keep going. He never gave up and ultimately we found a house that worked for us. We're excited to be moving into our new home and I am thankful for Joe's work to make it happen. I can't recommend him enough. He's a 5-star kind of guy.
