She found me an excellent, and again reasonably priced, attorney who was extremely helpful in dealing with the tenants as well as the closing. Both apartments were rented and the tenants were shocked that I was selling. Lisa did an amazing job working respectfully with the tenants, giving them very clear and timely notice when she or a contractor needed access to the apartment, helping them look for new living situations, and acting as go-between for me when necessary. Her showings yielded useful information which she shared with me. She worked well with the buyers' realtor and negotiated a very good sale price for me when issues arose with the inspection. Lisa is proactive, tells it like it is, is quick to answer all communication and is really enjoyable to work with. I recommend her highly.

Lacie helped me get into my first house about 6 months ago. I can't tell you how many houses we looked at together, but I can tell you there were A LOT and in multiple cities too. Lacie never gave up on helping me search and even dedicated her days off to meet me and look at houses. She is very knowledgeable and persistent! Scott was there for us from before the listing to after the closing - making sure the way forward was smooth and as effortless as possible. Lisa is so nice and a pleasure to work with. We were moving from far away, and received so much help in understanding the area. We looked at many houses, and she was patient and very good about informing us of the process, difficulties that may arise, and suggestions to consider in buying a particular home. We found our home and there was a bidding war, which she won for us by having great expertise.

Caryn went over and above to ensure a successful remote house search. She gave multiple house tours via FaceTime, and was very responsive to questions and investigations. When time came to put an offer on a house, her advice was right on target in ensuring my offer was the one accepted.

Let me tell you what kind of man Peter is. My wife Tina and I were in the market to buy a house in the Westfield area. Peter Davies was highly recommended because he actually finds out history about the house you are trying to buy. So you get more than just a tour of the house. Peter showed us upwards of 13 houses and in the end we decided to leave the State of MA. and not pursue a home in Western Ma. We felt terrible for Peter and all the work he put in, trying to accommodate us over and over again. But Peter never wavered even after we informed him we were moving. Peter wished us luck! I am currently in the Real Estate field down south and I can tell you...you will be hard pressed to find a better man to represent your families dreams than Peter Davies. Class all the way!
