Nicole was the best person to help us find our dream home! She was extremely honest when viewing homes and really focused on what we truly wanted in our future home! She is a family friend and it was nice to work with a familiar face, but this is not the only reason we chose her. We decided to work with Nicole because she is extremely knowledgeable in her field of real estate and made us understand a lot of things us new home buyers were unaware of. From a financial standpoint to the physical structural details of a home that we may have overlooked. She definitely has a passion for what she does and we will absolutely recommend her to anyone we know looking for a home or trying to sell! This was not the first time my wife and I had bought a house but Oh!!! What a difference!!! Our first house was a house of necessity. This house was going to be the house of our dreams. The Realtor we had for that first house was pushy and brusque. We almost felt we had to buy the house we chose. Carrie was a breath of fresh air.
