Nicole was the best person to help us find our dream home! She was extremely honest when viewing homes and really focused on what we truly wanted in our future home! She is a family friend and it was nice to work with a familiar face, but this is not the only reason we chose her. I first contacted Nicole over a year ago. Our family knew that we would be moving to the area in the near future, but had only started very casually looking at homes for sale. Nicole was very responsive and set me up in the MLS system, and also provided me with demographic reports for the few towns we were considering. We ended up deciding to rent in town for almost a year, but then came across a home for sale that we absolutely loved and contacted Nicole again. Despite things moving very quickly over those first several days, she was extremely responsive throughout the entire process, getting back to us quickly via text and email and coordinating with the seller's agent. She actually negotiated our offer while on vacation out of the country! This was our first home purchase and I had a LOT of questions regarding the whole process. Nicole was very patient and always answered our questions thoroughly and clearly. On top of her real estate expertise, she's also just a really nice person!
