I first contacted Nicole over a year ago. Our family knew that we would be moving to the area in the near future, but had only started very casually looking at homes for sale. Nicole was very responsive and set me up in the MLS system, and also provided me with demographic reports for the few towns we were considering. We ended up deciding to rent in town for almost a year, but then came across a home for sale that we absolutely loved and contacted Nicole again. Despite things moving very quickly over those first several days, she was extremely responsive throughout the entire process, getting back to us quickly via text and email and coordinating with the seller's agent.
