Muhammad is very knowledgeable in both the buying and selling aspects of real estate transactions. He met with us to discuss how to proceed with the purchase/sale of our condo, always including us in the decisions made. He was available to keep us updated in the process and to answer any questions we had. He is professional, thorough, supportive and just a real nice person to work with. We had already relocated when our condo went on the market, and Muhammad physically was present at the condo when we could not be there. His strategies to protect our interests—both when we bought and when we sold—were successful in achieving our desired conclusions. I recommend him to any buyer or seller.
