We were referred to Ted via a family friend and has been a pleasure to work with during our home buying process! My wife and I purchased a house in May 2022, during the peak of the housing boom when it's especially difficult to be a buyer during this market. Ted not only connected us with a local lender (that had much better rates than national lenders), but also was highly accommodating for open houses, connecting us with reputed inspection companies, meeting us at houses on a whim on Sunday afternoon, etc. Ted is not pushy by any means and truly get's to know the clients and their needs. There were many occasions that we would go back and forth about putting an offer for many houses, and he was very incredibly professional during this time where we had "indecision syndrome". He is incredibly patient (he worked with us for 7 months before closed!) and positive throughout our home buying process and always puts the client's goals / needs first. Ted is a fantastic realtor who embodies true professionalism, and is very easy to work with.
