My husband and I have known Mark since 2005, when he helped us sell our condo and purchase a home. When it came time to sell that home because we were moving out of the area, there was only one person we wanted to work with—Mark. He is s consummate professional. He returned phone calls and emails in a timely manner and kept us informed during the entire process. In addition, he helped us locate professionals to do some of the work needed before the house could be put up for sale. Most importantly, Mark is just a very sweet man. Vilas was amazing and patient. She made time to show us all of the home we wanted to see in the small time frame we had to work with since we were from out of town (probabaly 20-25 in less than 3 days). She gave us recommendations for lenders, title companies, etc. We easily built a rapport with her, and had a great time working with her. She's very knowledgeable about the area, has a great eye that can help her buyers see things they might miss on first viewing a home.
