Steve is a truely wonderful agent. As a first time home buyer his guidance and expertise made the entire experience much less daunting and actually enjoyable. He walked me through the home buying process and made sure I understood each step along the way as well as quickly responding to any questions I had. He made touring homes a breeze, explaining what to look for in terms of the condition, what's been updated and what's been overlooked. He is also a great help in considering future renovations. I never felt pressured into rushing any decision, which allowed me time to build confidence in knowing what the right home for me was. When I did find a home Steve provided great advice when it came to making a strong offer. He also takes pride in having good connections and I was very satisfied with the home inspector he recommended.
