Nate patiently and confidently navigated the nuances of the entire sales process; this was harder than it seemed since there were prospective buyers who required ongoing communication (until we found "the one" and ultimately completed the sale). Nicole was to represent both the buyer and seller, but the entire transaction favored the buyer (her sister). As the Seller she forgot important documents and the closing was a disgrace. She also did not provide any guidance on the expectations of the seller causing me the loss of much time and monies. I hope this was a lesson learned on professionalism.
