Barb McPhail was so helpful throughout the entire process of purchasing our home, giving us the support we needed to make decisions along the way with confidence. Our situation included a long-distance move with only one of us on-site looking at houses in person with her, and she was so thoughtful in helping us through that difficult situation. She was supportive from the beginning of our home purchase journey while we learned about our mortgage options, there along the way as we chose homes to view including pointing out things to look for and asking questions on our behalf, and then when we finally found a home we wanted to purchase she helped us make the offer and guided us through the inspection and closing processes including some septic system issues the seller ended up resolving. Barb was great to view homes with, patient with our process of dealing with a limited housing market in a rural area, and an experienced knowledgeable agent to have on our side during negotiation and inspection process. Carol has two major asserts as far as being a real estate agent. The first is that she listens to what you want as far as where you want to live. Prior agents decided that they know what I wanted more than I did and did not listen to me. I wanted to live in a community with retirees who wanted to do things. She found me a community with over 55 year old residents who were very active and who continually went outside to exercise and enjoy the beautiful weather we have been enjoing. They go to restaurants and other eating establishments as well as super markets to purchase food and necessities for their homes. The current residents take me with them to help me learn about different places and the advantages or detractions of each. The second asset which Carol has is that she is the hardest working real estate agent I have ever met or worked with. Her energy level is amazing. If she says she will pick you up at 9:00 AM, you had better be ready since she will be there. She finds the answers to all your questions about the unit she is showing you and tells you all the good points and the bad points so that you are entering into negotiations with knowledge on your side. She is honest and forthright. You can rely on her descriptions of the conditions of the unit and how actious the seller is to want to sell the unit. I have recommended Carol to people I know who want to buy Florida real estate without fear that she will mislead them. Cheryl made all my dreams come true. She found us a perfect home. Her knowledge of the community and professionalism in negotiations is outstanding. She helped us in so many ways from finding us house cleaners, movers, staging, mortgage brokers and more.

Rachel helped us buy our house in Bowie in 2004, and she helped us sell it in the fall of 2020. When we knew we were going to put out house on the market Rachel came and did a walkthrough with us to identify strengths of the property, and places where we should consider improvements. She also arranged for staging and photography when we were ready for the listing to go live. She listened carefully to what our preferences were and did everything she could to get us what we wanted. She was available throughout the process whenever we had questions. We were very happy with the result of her services. We sold our house quickly for an amount that was fair for us and the buyer. Jen did a fantastic job representing us as sellers. She was spot on with advice and went the extra mile with arranging cleaners and handymen to spruce up our property in our absence. She communicated effectively with us remotely and ensured we received and signed required documents in a timely manner. The whole transaction went without a hitch, even in our absence from the area.
