Despite having bought and sold homes before, the process always involves a bit of angst. What's the right asking price? What really needs to be addressed prior to listing? How to resolve issues with inspection? Not to mention the endless forms and documents! And how the process was likely to be impacted by Covid. Merritt minimized the angst, initially by pulling together a robust data base of comps and working through pricing strategy, and then by suggesting contractors to quickly, and economically, resolve a couple of issues that surfaced in inspection. Throughout, we knew where we stood, and what was going to happen next. The end result - a successful, on-time close at the price we wanted.

Very responsive to emails and messages. Made time to show many houses in one day to reduce the trips we had to take. Knowledgeable on the areas and provided great advice.
