Nilou Jones was our real estate agent as we tried to sell our first home - she is simply first rate. She was extremely professional, clear, and patient; which was important to us as first-time home-sellers - who are now living outside of the country - and she knew exactly what we needed to sell the home quickly. We received an offer for EXACTLY what we wanted, on the FIRST day the house was on the market - our house sold for the highest price, for its type, in our community. All of this, while we were thousands of miles away! I strongly and wholeheartedly recommend Nilou. She's excellent!

Pat was extremely professional and guided me through every step of the process. I successfully purchased my first home in a very competitive market. I was very happy to work with him and appreciated that he listened well and was not pushy. You will be in great hands with Pat as your agent.
