She made time to show us all of the home we wanted to see in the small time frame we had to work with since we were from out of town (probabaly 20-25 in less than 3 days). She gave us recommendations for lenders, title companies, etc. We easily built a rapport with her, and had a great time working with her. She's very knowledgeable about the area, has a great eye that can help her buyers see things they might miss on first viewing a home. She takes time to educate and is truly passionate about what she does. As first-time homebuyers, my husband and I were looking for a realtor who could help us navigate this foreign process. We never felt rushed while touring as Chris was also checking on important features of the house (e.g., age of HVAC, water heater, appliances, roof). When we were ready to pursue a purchase, Chris made recommendations for how to strengthen our offer, both initially and during negotiations regarding appraisal, but made sure we were comfortable with what was put forward. He also referred us to a great lender (John Petersen at TD Bank), who helped us lock in a relatively low interest rate. Once our offer was accepted, Chris ensured that all of the next steps happened in a timely manner. At the final walkthrough, Chris not only helped us check the house's condition, but also explained how the final cash-to-close had been determined so we didn't have any surprises when signing. Even after closing, Chris has still been available to answer questions. We are so grateful for his help and plan to work with him again in the future!
