We had an excellent experience with Mary. I would highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home. Upon meeting for the first time, she came prepared with a booklet she had made featuring our home and area comps . Her understanding of the market, she was able to list and sell our home in 6 weeks. Mary listened to my ideas about selling my house quickly, presented her deas and developed a game plan. She worked with me to devlop a reasonable selling price and then implemented her game plan. Based on her game plan, I received an offer within 6 days [lost 2 days due to the snow and ice storm] which was accepted. Mary was always available for my questions and her responses were quick and easily undertandable. I would definitely recommend Mary to be your agent when selling a house.
