Barbara was excellent, as we knew she would be. Barbara had also sold my daughter, Kristin's house years ago. Kristin lived in our house during the move and sale. Barbara was present many times to review the house as Kristin emptied it and made improvements. Her suggestions proved to be wise. We sold it while in Florida, so all paperwork came to us in a timely manner, with phone explanations accompanying it.
