He ensures the home is a great fit and is in good condition, and will point out things within the homes that could be potential problems in the future. In the crazy housing market we were able to get over 10k discount on the sales price while most home sales are going for more than the asking price! Very much enjoyed working with Doug and the experience of him helping sell my home. He is extremely professional and very communicative.
