I cannot say enough about Jessica Sauls and her amazing team! Jess is a highly knowledgeable realtor and utilized her experience and expertise to maximize the sale of our home. Our home was marketed beautifully and professionally. As a result, our home sold very quickly and far above the asking price. However, it was the little things that make Jess and her team so special. Two days before showing, we had an issue with our home. Jess sent a contractor to our home to immediately fix the issue (on a Saturday). Most recently, the new owners received some of our mail that wasn’t forwarded, and she retrieved our mail to ship to us out of state. We cannot recommend Jess and team strongly enough! Jess is a top tier realtor with a team that exemplifies the gold standard of customer service!

I was really intimated by the idea of purchasing my first home. It was hard to tell where to start or if I even could. I was planning on renting originally; Jessica helped me realize that buying was a real possibility for me. I was moving from Westminster to be closer to Reisterstown and Jess showed me homes in every area and we found the perfect location and home! Anytime I had a question, Jess or Christina were there to help explain it. They introduced me to a lender that was able to work with me. They helped connect me to people who are able to help with renovations. They took a stressful process and made it simpler for me. It's something I'm incredibly thankful for and I am extremely excited! I absolutely love my new home!

Jess and her team are truly some of the best people you'll have the pleasure of working with. We cannot speak highly enough of how easy they made our home buying process as first time buyers. Despite our high standards, they demonstrated incredible flexibility and professionalism at every corner. If we needed to see 3 houses with less than 24 hours notice, they made that happen for us. If we put in an offer, they negotiated on our behalf and painted us in the best possible light to win in a competitive market. And most importantly, Jess and the team (Christina, Brian and Peyson) are all incredibly down to earth and kind people - we never were afraid to ask questions or reach out on something we needed their help with. Plus, the knowledge they hold collectively is a true asset, we learned so much working with them! If you're looking for a team that will actually care about you and do everything in their power to help you win a house you love, we can't recommend Jess and her team enough!
