Jess and her team are truly some of the best people you'll have the pleasure of working with. We cannot speak highly enough of how easy they made our home buying process as first time buyers. Despite our high standards, they demonstrated incredible flexibility and professionalism at every corner. If we needed to see 3 houses with less than 24 hours notice, they made that happen for us. If we put in an offer, they negotiated on our behalf and painted us in the best possible light to win in a competitive market. And most importantly, Jess and the team (Christina, Brian and Peyson) are all incredibly down to earth and kind people - we never were afraid to ask questions or reach out on something we needed their help with.
