I cannot say enough about Jessica Sauls and her amazing team! Jess is a highly knowledgeable realtor and utilized her experience and expertise to maximize the sale of our home. Our home was marketed beautifully and professionally. As a result, our home sold very quickly and far above the asking price. However, it was the little things that make Jess and her team so special. Two days before showing, we had an issue with our home. Jess sent a contractor to our home to immediately fix the issue (on a Saturday). Most recently, the new owners received some of our mail that wasn’t forwarded, and she retrieved our mail to ship to us out of state. We cannot recommend Jess and team strongly enough! Jess is a top tier realtor with a team that exemplifies the gold standard of customer service!
