We just moved into our new home in Maryland and are very happy with the home, the commuity and the partners that helped us manage the process of making a long distance move here. We met Michael Wade at an open house early in our home search, and we liked his style and his numbers driven analytical approach to selecting neighborhoods and determining fair pricing. Met again via video conference to learn more, and hired him as our buyer's agent for Maryland. He was professional, respectful, personable and extremely knowledgeable. He walked us through the process of narrowing down ideas, types of homes, areas of the state and neighborhods. He patiently showed us several homes we had asked to see even though he had a strong feeling they wouldn' be right for us. Michael was very knowledgeable about home inspections and was comfortable with all aspects of contracts and negotiations. He helped us to analyze comps very thoroughly, and to work through a couple of issues, such as a title search that revealed some issues. We would highly recommend Michael as a realtor.
