Joan helped the reviewer sell this property

Joan Ryder made the sale of my property very smooth and easy.

Joan Ryder was immediately responsive to my initial inquiry about the sale, and every issue thereafter. She was very quick to suggest an appropriate selling price, and took care of so many details that would have been difficult for me. We had a buyer right away, and Joan helped negotiate to get the best selling price overall. She was in communication with me throughout the process, right up to the closing. Overall a great selling experience! I would recommend Joan Ryder if you need an experienced, smart, and reliable real estate agent.
