We met Melissa showing our dream home after 6 long months of searching. We loved the house and didn’t know how to sell our house and buy the new one in this crazy market. On a Friday night we told her we wanted our dream house, and by Saturday morning she had us in the house and preparing our offer. That same day, her team was at our (previous) home to prepare it for sale. It took one week to fix up, and sold the very next weekend, maybe 48 hours on the market. Melissa was knowledgeable, responsive, and attentive throughout this process that we knew nothing about.
