My family was looking to buy a condo during the pandemic, and David made our search easier and stress free. He was patient and attentive to all our needs and persevered in showing us units and sending needed information in a timely manner until we found the perfect place for us. We were impressed with his professionalism and dedication even though ours wasn’t a huge purchase. We would highly recommend him!

We are very pleased to give Sima our highest recommendation - she was the obvious choice because we'd had such a positive experience with her when we sold our previous house. We have never worked with anyone who cared so much and worked so hard for our benefit - in real estate or any other area. Perhaps the most important thing to note is that we moved out of the country during the process and Sima took care of the place and its needs, perhaps better than we ever could have. She truly cared about us and our home. Her real estate advice was right on and her knowledge of the difficult situation in Montgomery County in the last year was reassuring. If we were ever to move back we know who we would talk to. Sima gets five stars - we'd give her more, if we could.

Mr. Haghgoo is simply the BEST. I had great anxiety with the simple thought of the home selling process BUT Mr. Haghgoo put my wife & I at ease immediately. He is so confident in his many years of experience that his calming personality and presence explaining each step of the process made us more confident. Selling our home was really quick and easy with Mr. Haghgoo. I will exclusively work with this man and his team and HIGHLY recommend the Haghgoo team to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. THANK YOU Mr. Haghgoo for helping make our transition so simple. We are forever grateful for you and your teams tireless work.
