He promptly did an initial Inspection and he had some recommendations which we followed so our home would be in optimal condition for selling. Those recommendations were excellent as it made our house clean and presentable for showings. He helped us with his photography and staging resources so we could market our house in the best way possible. We worked together regarding dates to go live , and upon going live he kept us in the loop with regard to all appointments etc. As we received multiple offers, he helped us sort through them to determine the strongest and we countered them strategically. Once we were under contract, he was still there for us in terms of answering questions, inspections and other walkthroughs until the day we closed. All in all we felt well informed throughout the process, all of our needs were met and we were guided correctly throughout. I would definitely recommend Akash to sell a home, and as an agent to buy a home.
