We had a great experience with Akash with selling our home. He promptly did an initial Inspection and he had some recommendations which we followed so our home would be in optimal condition for selling. Those recommendations were excellent as it made our house clean and presentable for showings. He helped us with his photography and staging resources so we could market our house in the best way possible. We worked together regarding dates to go live , and upon going live he kept us in the loop with regard to all appointments etc. As we received multiple offers, he helped us sort through them to determine the strongest and we countered them strategically. Once we were under contract, he was still there for us in terms of answering questions, inspections and other walkthroughs until the day we closed. All in all we felt well informed throughout the process, all of our needs were met and we were guided correctly throughout. I would definitely recommend Akash to sell a home, and as an agent to buy a home.

Akash is not only an excellent realtor but overall great person! His attention to detail, professionalism, and patience helped us find our dream home within just a few weeks of speaking to him. Akash has a great deal of real estate knowledge and really understood the NOVA market. We were very particular about the location and certain home features. Despite limited inventory Akash went above and beyond to meet our criteria while staying within our budget. He was also exceptionally helpful during the negotiations, inspection, and closing.
