Paul was extremely helpful through the entire home buying process: from the initial showing, going through the offer and contract details, working with the seller and contractors to remedy issues, being there during all inspections, advising on all the info we would need for lenders, title company, insurance, etc. He was always ready to help. He made us feel extremely confident as a first time home buyer. He was very communicative and available whenever we needed, and he had answers to all of our questions. We put our condo - in a 55+ community- up for sale just before the Holidays. Ginger wrote up a lovely description and had many pics on the various realty sites. She stayed in continued contact and made many good suggestions as far as staging and furniture placement, etc. With the elections and being in an area particularly subject to political environment ups & downs, we got the condo sold pretty quickly despite the overall politically-caused pause in number of active buyers and the Holidays. Natalie was an incredible realtor to work with. We both sold and bought with her when we were moving into a bigger home, and she and her team were very helpful throughout the process. She came over for a free consultation to discuss the process, and helped to solidify our game plan and time line. She has great knowledge of the DC market, where we were looking, and does a lot of business in Maryland as well. On the buying side, she did a number of in-person showings for us, and was always available on short notice. She also has a great network of referrals for specialist services like home inspection, loan officers etc. She helped us tremendously when putting together an offer to point out the little details that might make our bid more competitive, and it worked! On the selling side, she recommended and help negotiate a contractor for touch-ups, and her company provided complimentary staging that was very professional. She handled all the marketing as well, and hosted an open house.
