Natalie was an incredible realtor to work with. We both sold and bought with her when we were moving into a bigger home, and she and her team were very helpful throughout the process. She came over for a free consultation to discuss the process, and helped to solidify our game plan and time line. She has great knowledge of the DC market, where we were looking, and does a lot of business in Maryland as well. On the buying side, she did a number of in-person showings for us, and was always available on short notice. She also has a great network of referrals for specialist services like home inspection, loan officers etc. She helped us tremendously when putting together an offer to point out the little details that might make our bid more competitive, and it worked! On the selling side, she recommended and help negotiate a contractor for touch-ups, and her company provided complimentary staging that was very professional. She handled all the marketing as well, and hosted an open house.
