All I can say is only use Beatrice Miranda for any of your real estate transactions! She is so professional, communicates with you at all times and is a creative thinker to resolve any issues that might arise. She has trades that she uses regularly to hit deadlines for any repairs that might come up. The best thing that I love about Beatrice is the enthusiasm she has for your property and will hold your hand and educate you throughout the entire process. After the sale of my property I was told by the title company how wonderful Beatrice was to deal with the level of professionalism shown and they look forward to working with her again, as do I. Don't wait...call her immediately if you are in the market to buy, rent or sell your property.

Kristen was amazing... The end of last year, the market was becoming more volatile, I was nervous as I had been looking for months and was so disappointed because I had just lost an offer on the perfect home for me. Kristen encouraged me to do a backup offer immediately and even though it seemed a waste of time since they had a solid buyer who was closing right away, she encouraged me to try. We continued to look at options over the next couple of weeks, but then lo and behold we got the call that the original buyer backed out! I couldn't believe it and before I knew it, I was moving in. Little did I know that there were multiple back up offers to mine. Had I not listened to Kristen, I would have never been able to get back in line and enter a bidding war to buy the home. Kristen's understanding of the market, where it was headed and what I needed to do immediately, made all of the difference. I will always appreciate her guidance and efforts on my behalf. This is my last home purchase/my forever home and I am over the moon.

Felicia exceeded expectations as she helped me to navigate through the sales process while acting as an out-of-state estate administrator.
