She is so professional, communicates with you at all times and is a creative thinker to resolve any issues that might arise. Tracy helped us sell our condo in Ellicott City this fall. She came to our initial meeting with printouts of the research she had done about similar properties that had recently sold in the area. We were thinking about renovating before selling, and she came prepared with suggestions for that, too, such as what to focus on if we were to renovate and companies that could handle the project.
