A native Washingtonian raised in Bethesda, Natalie Hasny is an Associate Broker with Capital Residential Properties and has more than 25 years of experience advising clients throughout Washington, DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia. She has successfully closed more than 1,800 transactions totaling nearly $800 million in lifetime sales. Natalie advises homeowners, estates, trustees, investors, developers, businesses, and institutions on a broad range of real estate matters, including luxury homes, distinctive residences, new construction, investment and development properties, multifamily, land, and commercial real estate. Drawing on extensive experience in both residential and commercial real estate, she provides strategic guidance on pricing, marketing, negotiations, acquisitions, dispositions, long-term real estate planning, and maximizing property value. Highly Recommended/Excellent Outcomes

Natalie is an exceptional real estate broker. She helped my family buy and sell properties on several occasions and has become our sole broker based on our very positive experiences with her. I worked with Natalie twice before, so when I decided to sell my Dupont Circle condominium and purchase a row home in Old Town Alexandria, I didn’t think twice about engaging her again. Natalie and Joseph are a first-rate team and I cannot sing their praises loudly enough. From the many (many, many) trips from Washington to Virginia to visit listings, to their responsiveness to all of my questions and concerns, to their keen sense of organization, to positioning me for optimal success in the listing of my former home, I always felt “looked out for.” I’m actually sad that I will not be communicating with them on a daily basis now!
