It only made sense that now in 2022, when we were ready to sell, we would contact her again. Lynn showed up, more than prepared to walk us through the steps to sell our home. She made suggestions on staging, and gave us a folder with all the information/numbers we would need. We sold in the very first weekend! You could say that's not unusual for the housing market right now, but with Lynn the whole process was smooth. She presented the offers we received and answered all of my questions. I had a lot! Lynn is incredibly kind and knowledgeable. Truly, if you are looking for a dream realtor, Lynn Holland is the way to go.
